These terms govern your access to QuantKick. By using the service, you agree to them.
Information service
QuantKick provides statistical football forecasts and research tools. We do not accept bets, hold customer stakes, or guarantee any sporting or financial outcome.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access this type of content where you live. You are responsible for complying with local laws and account security.
Subscriptions
Paid access renews for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, billing dates, and any trial terms are displayed before payment. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, republish, reverse engineer, disrupt, or use the service for unlawful activity. Automated access requires our written permission.
Forecast limitations
Football outcomes are uncertain. Historical accuracy, confidence scores, expected value, and model outputs do not promise future performance. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
Availability and changes
Fixtures, odds, and forecasts may be delayed, corrected, suspended, or removed when source data is incomplete. We may update the service and these terms, with material changes shown on this page.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuantKick is not liable for betting losses, indirect losses, or decisions made from forecasts. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
